Duties: 
 
⎯      Oversee planning and execution of global user acquisition marketing programs for game workflows.
⎯      Analyze various sources of engineering and business data to assist the company in making data-driven decisions to increase revenues and maximizing profits.
⎯      Measure and analyze impact of marketing programs on user behavior, applying insights to modify and refine strategies
⎯      Analyze and study user requirements and data processing problems.
⎯      Use a metrics-driven approach to improve systems which will assist the company’s decision-making and result in increased revenues and maximizing profits.
⎯      Analyze and present key performance metrics including return on advertising spending (ROAS) and internal key performance indicator (KPI) targets on acquisition marketing to senior leadership 
⎯      Analyze business procedures and problems to define data, data structures, and algorithms for data saved to and extracted from the systems database.
⎯      Regularly review and analyze user requirements and procedures, identify problems, and make recommendations to enhance and improve existing systems on an ongoing basis.
⎯      Build internal automation and campaign management tools, in partnership with data science teams, to support revenue forecasting  
⎯      Create and implement test and learn marketing strategies, apply findings to execute ongoing improvements, and direct investments in areas that drive scalable results
⎯      Manage and optimize a large multi-million dollar acquisition marketing budget.
⎯      Train, manage, and supervise a team of performance marketers focused on paid channels.
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, in in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field, plus two (2) years of analytics or related experience in: game analytics; user acquisition and retention; collecting and analyzing large user data sets; data tools and techniques to address issues (AB/multivariate testing); system performance monitoring and reporting to improve existing systems; using analytics and data driven methods for economic forecasting to increase and maximize profits; building analytics systems to gather and compile user data/behavior; and using mathematical/data modeling and analytic tools such Excel, Tableau, etc.
