The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $165,400.00 in our highest geographic market. You will be part of Global Finance team responsible for bringing together insightful, financially disciplined analysis to support the Converse transformation agenda. The candidate needs to have • extensive experience in financial modeling and requires expert Excel skills, in addition to the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, strategic planning, economics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training Minimum 3 years of professional • experience in a business-related field and/or budgeting at a Fortune 500 company.

You will have direct responsibility for developing and maintaining financial models and delivering financial analysis to support leadership decision making. A successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, solution oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset to the role to drive the following: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L consolidation reporting Ensure accuracy of financial data as well as maintain and enhance reporting systems. Prepare and distribute timely and insightful financial analysis to measure progress against strategic plan, work with partners to ensure accountability, and support marketplace decisions. Actively interprets and reviews financial results with senior leaders, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses.
