Seeking a talented Growth Engineer to drive user-centric design and development initiatives, shaping the interactive experiences of our digital products.
What you'll be doing:Develop professional web-based apps with an emphasis on rich interaction and responsive design.Creating interactions that delight the user.Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to define and prioritize growth initiatives.Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention.Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure the performance of growth initiatives.Develop frontend components/services to communicate with our backend APIs.Able to execute defined and prioritized tasks within the scope of the team with specific guidance from manager/TL.Focus on contributing to solve problems with defined solutions, receiving others perspectives and feedback, besides effectively collaborating to get work done.Able to understand and effectively participate in the core processes of the team (planning, on-call rotations, bug triage, metrics review, etc), with high standard excellence of work.Communicates with the product team to define requirements and improve specifications.What you need to have:Passion for creating novel and unique systems that have a direct impact on people’s lives.Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.Experience +4 years of experience with React.Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies.Experience with responsive design.Experience with the best programming practices and test-driven development.Pixel-perfect attention to detail and proportions.Good communication skills, natural leadership, winning personality and startup mentality.*Please note that this position does not offer relocation assistance.
