Role

Live Operations Strategy - Enable the successful execution of comprehensive live-ops strategy, including in-game events, to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization.

Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across various platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data sanity checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.

Research and Insights: Perform in-depth research and data scraping to gather critical insights that support live operations and product development.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Support QA and development teams to align data efforts with broader project goals, ensuring a cohesive strategy across departments.

Documentation and Reporting: Document gameplay features, updates, and processes in formats like Game Design Documents (GDD) or Product Requirement Documents (PRD).

Must Have

Graduation in Game Design or any related field.

4+ years of experience in live operations, data management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of live-ops tools, systems, and best practices.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, including the use of custom scripts and data validation techniques.

Experience with data scraping tools and data analysis methodologies.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.

Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
