We are seeking a dynamic Growth Developer with a deep understanding of digital advertising technology and marketing attribution measurement  to join our Growth Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of owning and scaling a wide variety of key marketing technology and analytics platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Branch.io, Heap Analytics, Firebase, A/B testing tools, affiliate marketing platforms, and more.You will have hands-on experience with the administration of these types of platforms, and will be primarily responsible for the development of measurement implementation framework, deployment of data layer scripts, building and maintaining campaign–level and user-level attribution models, and other related duties. You’ll report directly to our Director, Growth Marketing and Technology. This role can be remote or located at our Santa Ana, California location; Jersey City, New Jersey location.

*Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and deploy marketing measurement plans, and offer ongoing ad operations support to ensure accurate and optimized tagging and tracking is firing across all ad platforms, affiliate platforms, marketing technology stack, and owned web and app experiences.
  • Oversee the administration, development and upkeep of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console across all properties, ensuring they are optimized for tracking and data collection.
  • Develop, deploy and upkeep datalayer snippets as needed for improved client-side data collection and tracking capabilities.
  • Administration, development and ongoing upkeep of Branch.io, our single source of truth for customer and campaign level attribution models.
  • Administration, development and ongoing upkeep of Heap Analytics, our source of understanding on-site and in-app customer behavior at scale.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for other platforms in our marketing technology stack including but not limited to affiliate marketing and A/B testing.
  • Offer front-end web support, conduct quality assurance checks, and ensure tracking across our portfolio of websites, apps, single sign-on authentication, parameter persistence across sessions and devices, and more are all functioning as intended.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in ad operations, marketing operations, front-end web development, attribution modeling, or related functions.
  • Experience working with a modern analytics tech stack and BI tools like Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, and other related platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-device attribution methodology, with an emphasis on mobile measurement strongly preferred. 
  • Strong front-end development fluency, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and other related languages.
  • Proficiency in data governance and data hygiene with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for collecting and interest in learning more about the industry

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$190,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
