As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Tech Leadership Team to develop and execute people strategies that support the business’s growth, culture, and performance goals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping organizational design, talent development, and engagement within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Tech leadership on all people-related matters (e.g., workforce planning, team structure, succession planning).
  • Build deep partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to understand and anticipate talent needs.
  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, and leadership development efforts within the tech org.
  • Champion a strong, inclusive culture by aligning values, behaviors, and communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with TA, L&D, and Total Rewards to support hiring, onboarding, career paths, and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, DEI) to identify insights and drive data-informed people strategies.
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters with a balance of empathy and compliance.
  • Support change management initiatives related to org redesign, re-skilling, or scaling.
  • Ensure alignment of people policies and practices with employment law and internal governance.


What We’re Looking For

  •  3-7+ years experience in HR, including HRBP experience within tech, gaming, or fast-paced digital environments.
  • Proven ability to work with engineering or product leaders and support highly skilled technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and performance enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using people data to influence decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in a scale-up or international environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation in EU/ UK is a bonus
