We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Talent Management Product Owner to join the People Technology and Services team. This Product Owner will play a critical role in leading system enhancement projects and assist in supporting Talent Systems (Recruiting, Performance and Learning) projects globally.
What you’ll be doing:
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, with a focus on talent management, performance, and reporting. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and various business units to support Workday’s functionalities and improve processes. The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a key role in managing Workday enhancements, including Workday Extend, product management, and project management, while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity through thorough quality assurance practices.
