We’re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to partner directly with our Operations and Commercial International functions, supporting the COO and CCO Intl and their teams, ensuring people are informed, aligned, and inspired at every step of our journey.

If so, this role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our business transformation, driving alignment and engagement across our operations and commercial businesses. 

As the Functional Business Partner for Operations and Commercial Intl, you will work collaboratively with the Director of Employee Communications to unlock our global IC strategy into these two functions. Your role will be to translate the global approach into tailored functional strategies, ensuring employees across operations and commercial teams are:

  • Informed via the right channels, at the right time
  • Aligned with Superbet’s wider goals and priorities
  • Equipped with the information they need to be successful 

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with the COO and CCO Intl and their teams as their trusted comms advisor, ensuring their strategies, priorities, and updates are communicated clearly to employees. 
  • Translate the global IC strategy into dedicated comms strategies for the COO and CCO Intl, tailored to their specific business priorities. 
  • Develop engaging narratives that simplify complexity and help employees understand the impact of their work, and how it connects to broader company goals. 
  • Shape leadership visibility by crafting impactful messaging, owning functional townhalls, and leadership updates. 
  • Define and optimise channels within these functions, ensuring communication is timely, scalable, and impactful. 
  • Anticipate and address employee questions or concerns with proactive, empathetic communication. 
  • Support change initiatives within COO and CCO Intl by developing clear messaging, FAQs, and leadership talking points. 
  • Work as part of the global IC team on group-wide initiatives, while ensuring the perspective and priorities of COO and CCO Intl are embedded and represented where relevant. 

What we’re looking for 

  • Proven expertise in corporate and employee communications, ideally in an international, multi-market context.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership (C-suite or equivalent), with the ability to advise, challenge, and influence.
  • A strong track record of developing comms strategies that unlock global frameworks into functional or regional contexts. 
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills in English, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
  • Digitally savvy, with experience managing modern comms channels and tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic thinking with on-hands delivery.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationships across geographies and functions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across our markets.
  • Experience in medium to large organisations is essential; exposure to scale-up environments is a plus.
