  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, problem-resolution guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Identify recurring problems and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) to implement long-term solutions and improve system stability.

**Qualifications**

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 4 to 7 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a Windows and VMware enterprise environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2012 R2 - 2022) administration and advanced troubleshooting.

  • Expert-level proficiency with VMware vSphere (6.x, 7.x, 8.x), including vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, and Distributed Switches.

  • Proven ability to write, debug, and implement robust automation scripts using PowerShell. Experience with Ansible is a significant plus.

  • Strong, practical experience with Active Directory, including multi-domain environments, GPOs, and security principles.

  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise-grade server hardware (Dell/Cisco) and storage concepts (SAN/NAS, iSCSI/Fibre Channel).

  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and act as a technical lead on support issues.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow

Good to Have:

  • Professional certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV), Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or MCSE.
