Let's start with the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior L&D specialist who will be working closely with our stakeholders, being responsible for the creation and delivery of learning and development journeys according to our needs. 

We are a small and flexible Learning and Development team of 5 L&D enthusiasts, part of a passionate HR Department. We are responsible for our people's development and growth by servicing our L&D needs in all our countries. We support and collaborate with each other, we stand for our failures and we celebrate our successes. We promote a positive and safe working environment, always looking for ways to reach our goals and improve ourselves. 

• Be responsible for understanding and evaluating individual training needs per role and designing their development paths; 
• Search for the most updated learning methods, tools and programs that would best fit our needs; 
• Be in charge of the administration cycle of training (e.g. vendor and contract management, training-planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting and budget monitoring); 
• Be responsible for the e-learning plan deployment (design, update e-learning paths, monitor participation and boost engagement); 
• Design and deploy talent development programs; 
• Design and deliver, acting as a facilitator, internal training programs according to need.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as an L&D Specialist or similar;
• Experience in designing e-learning paths; 
• Budget handling and vendor management;
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and MS Office;
• Experience in delivering training and acting as a facilitator would be a plus;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Agile and solution-focused approach;
• Passion about people's development and growth.
