Let's start with the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior L&D specialist who will be working closely with our stakeholders, being responsible for the creation and delivery of learning and development journeys according to our needs.

We are responsible for our people's development and growth by servicing our L&D needs in all our countries. As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist you will:
  • Be responsible for understanding and evaluating individual training needs per role and designing their development paths; 
  • Search for the most updated learning methods, tools and programs that would best fit our needs; 
  • Be in charge of the administration cycle of training (e.g. vendor and contract management, training-planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting and budget monitoring); 
  • Be responsible for the e-learning plan deployment (design, update e-learning paths, monitor participation and boost engagement); 
  • Design and deploy talent development programs; 
  • Design and deliver, acting as a facilitator, internal training programs according to need.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience as an L&D Specialist or similar;
  • Experience in designing e-learning paths; 
  • Budget handling and vendor management;
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and MS Office;
  • Experience in delivering training and acting as a facilitator would be a plus;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Agile and solution-focused approach;
  • Passion about people's development and growth.
