Your RoleDevelop and implement strategic talent solutions, from identifying talent needs to succession planning, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop critical skills aligned with current and future business objectivesDesign and execute Talent Management solutions, including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance initiatives like development programs, 360-degree feedback, etc to drive FanCoder growth.
