ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of the Strategic Planning and Operations team, the Senior Manager, People (HR) Communications will develop and deliver the internal communications strategy from the People (HR) team in order to inform, engage and inspire Peloton employees. In this role, you will act as an individual contributor working to ensure that the People team’s vision is effectively communicated and reinforced across multiple channels, meeting each team member where they are. You will have a unique opportunity to strengthen the employee experience and connection to Peloton’s mission and values.
A successful candidate will possess a unique blend of internal communications expertise, marketing experience, human resources knowledge and project management skills. They will ensure the People team’s messages are clear, tied back to Peloton’s mission and goals. Reporting to the Director, People Program Management Office, this individual contributor will own the development and delivering of the communication and go to market strategy for the People team during a transformational time. This role will work closely with the Director, Internal Communications, who leads company-wide communications on core business topics, to ensure consistency in voice and message. This role will work cross functionally with leaders and team members at all levels to drive impactful communications on People team topics.
