About Dream Sports Foundation:

The Dream Sports Foundation team is dedicated to develop, strengthen and provide a meaningful impetus to the entire Indian sports ecosystem. We work across a multitude of verticals and look to create impactful and valuable programs and partnerships to realise the potential of sport in India. We focus on various intervention areas from grassroots to elite athlete development to quality sports infrastructure.

Your Role:

Planning, budgeting and execution of national sports programs and events, delivering high-quality experiences for participants, spectators and stakeholders

Setting up a strong national network with athletes, opinion leaders, sport industry experts, agencies, media, sports federations, local authorities etc.

Evaluating the effectiveness and impact of sports programs and events, collecting feedback and data to improve future initiatives and overall performance

Managing relationships with sponsors, partners, vendors and other stakeholders involved in national sports programs and events

Upholding DSF's values, policies, and standards of conduct, ensuring integrity, inclusivity, and respect for all participants and stakeholders in national sports programs

Qualifiers:

8+ yrs of work experience in curating and organizing events and projects with at least 5 years in organising sports events

Degree in marketing, sports, events or other related areas
