About the right team member

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing CRO Developer, with a strong background in JavaScript and web management, to join our Conversion Rate Optimization team. Your mission will be to support the implementation of web experiments that aim to improve the signup rate across our B2C and B2B websites.

You’ll focus on developing custom code to build web features that match test designs provided in a way that minimizes risk to web performance and enhances the user experience. You advocate for great user experience and use a data-driven approach to strengthen test designs. Your close attention to detail ensures the team can feel confident all test designs will be proofread and quality checked before launch.

About the role

The Senior Marketing CRO Developer will use custom JavaScript, HTML and CSS to build new web features as part of test designs. Additionally, the Senior Marketing CRO Developer will be a key contributor to the team’s quality assurance process and should have a strong background in quality testing across devices and browsers.

The Senior Marketing CRO Developer will work with our Product, Design & Engineering team on new Marketing tech stack features and cross-team experiments. Additionally, this team member will work alongside our marketing channel owners to develop full funnel experiments.

Key Responsabilities

  • Leverage front-end web development coding skills to build high-impact web experiments
  • Quality check messaging and user journeys
  • Monitor web performance using Google Analytics
  • Maintenance of Content Management Systems
  • Support cross-team web experiments driven by the Product, Design & Engineering teams

Skills & Experience

  • Formal experience building and managing a website
  • Strong experience adding events and creating reports in Google Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS
  • Familiarity with SQL, Contentful & WordPress
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
