Job Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

Monitor order status, inventory reconciliation, and return merchandise activities to maintain operational accuracy.

Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and service providers to optimize fulfillment operations and service levels.

Prepare operational reports, maintain data accuracy, and support Certificate of Origin applications.

Maintain engineering sample records, coordinate sample allocation and tracking, and support stakeholder inquiries.

Follow up on outstanding actions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Support additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

Pre-Requisites : Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.

Experience managing end-to-end order processing, inventory control, and warehouse coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Highly organized with strong planning, coordination, and follow-through capabilities.

Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
