Let's start with the role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join our Gaming & Rewards  team. This role is part of a growing team focused on designing experiences that reward our users for their activity and improve their reward perception.

You will be collaborating with product owners, engineers, UX researchers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences, advocating for the customer at all stages. You’ll contribute to project and team meetings, and you’ll showcase and discuss your work often. 

We operate within a centralized model, providing services to the teams that need our support. Our cooperation is framed in between two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process. We also invest time to learn and grow in weekly design chapter meetings. Plus, our business as usual does not only include velocity, designs and tickets but also participation in professional certifications.

As a Senior Product Designer you will:
  • Drive the end-to-end design process for our products, from conception to launch;
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications;
  • Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions;
  • Develop design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and scalability;
  • As part of a cross-functional team, collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues, such as the Product Owner, Developers, UX Researchers and Stakeholders;
  • Add value to our wider Product Design team;
  • Annotate design deliverables to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated to the development team and that there is a sufficient level of detail provided to support the implementation process.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing your design process and impact;
  • Strong visual design skills with proficiency in design & prototyping tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.;
  • Comfortable with the iterative design process; 
  • Confident working in an Agile environment and being part of a cross-functional team;
  • Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and the building of well-thought reusable components;
  • Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and user research methodologies;
  • A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life;
  • Detail-oriented, yet able to see the big picture;
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS & HTML;
  • Adept at learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
