What you will work on

• Drive the design process from discovery to execution, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to shape product vision and strategy.
• Advocate for design best practices and a user-first approach, ensuring accessibility, usability, and consistency across products.
• Leverage UX research and data to drive informed design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our design practice innovative and effective.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma (our primary tool) and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant user experiences.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can articulate design decisions and advocate for users.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive projects independently.
