#OurOneTeam 

We are looking for a passionate product designer to join our platform’s design team to contribute to the innovation of our internal tools. This role is focused on a variety of products, each with its challenges and requirements that will impact our sportsbook, casino & rewards product experience worldwide for millions of users daily, as well as the efficiency and the day-to-day workflow of our internal users. 

You will be collaborating with product managers, product owners, engineers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences. You’ll contribute to project and team meetings, showcase and discuss your work often. 

As a future team member, you will have the unique opportunity to work on multiple products, with different business needs, respecting the well-defined design guidelines and design system, in order to maintain our cross-apps consistency. Moreover, you will actively contribute to our design system and improve our FE library components.

#OurWayofWorking 

Within our centralized model, we support multiple Scrum teams dedicated to delivering new functionalities or enhancements to existing ones. Furthermore, we proactively take the initiative to explore known user pain points, taking a step beyond routine operations. Our cooperation is framed in between two-week sprints, resulting in a well-defined and documented design process. Additionally, our business as usual does not only include velocity, designs and tickets but also participation in professional certifications. 

As a Senior Product Designer you will

• Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions; 
• Reach out to our users for usability testing based on their feedback and monthly follow-ups/ shadowing sessions to gain a deeper understanding and identify potential pain points; 
• Use your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs for our platform apps are efficient & user-friendly; 
• As part of a cross-functional team, collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues, such as the product manager, product owner, developers and stakeholders; 
• Add value to our wider Product design team; 
• Annotate design deliverables to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated to the development team and that there is a sufficient level of detail provided to support the implementation process;

What you’ll bring 

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer; 
• Experience with design & prototyping tools such as Figma; 
• Familiarity with the iterative design process; 
• Confident working in an Agile environment and being part of a cross-functional team; 
• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of design systems and the building of well-thought reusable components; 
• Customer empathy & desire to understand users’ needs and goals; 
• Ability to solve problems, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, combined with the drive to bring them to life; 
• Detail-oriented, yet able to see the big picture; 
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.

• Adept at learning quickly in a fast-paced environment; 
• Meticulous and organized by nature; 
• Experience working with in-house platform applications; 
• Basic knowledge of CSS & HTML.
