We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join our Sportsbook team and contribute to designing an innovative, world-class product seen and used by millions of customers daily. 

You will be part of a growing Sportsbook design team that is continuously improving our sports betting experience. You will be responsible for a wide range of design activities for our web and mobile applications, spanning from ideation all the way to high-fidelity prototyping. You will also be contributing to our ever-growing design system, building components and architecting new needs.

Day to day, you will lead small projects, take on bigger ones, work on tasks with a lot of self-direction and be responsible for the design outcomes. You will be collaborating with researchers, product managers, engineers and commercial stakeholders to ensure the delivery of great and comprehensive experiences.

You’ll contribute to project and team meetings, and you’ll showcase and discuss your work often. You’ll receive coaching in technical and behavioral skills while also developing your own coaching skills.

What you will bring

• Use your passion and expertise to ensure all UX designs are efficient & user-friendly;
• Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm solutions or ways of approaching the design challenge;
• Produce conceptual designs to socialize initial ideas internally and externally, and incorporate design feedback;
• Produce, present and review high-resolution designs with internal team members and client personnel, and incorporate design feedback;
• Build simple and complex components to ensure product consistency and scalability;
• Prepare design artifacts for user testing and participate in the sessions by capturing feedback from users;
• Collaborate effectively with a range of colleagues as part of a cross-functional team, with a Product Owner, Developers and Product Managers;
• Contribute to research that helps solve problems and drives successful, user-oriented design decisions;
• Shadow usability tests to identify pain points through user feedback;
• Add value to our wider Product Design chapter;
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to make sure design components are reflected into code.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years designing experience on Web and Mobile applications;
• A Figma master, always in line with its latest updates and features. Familiarity with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie is also highly valued;
• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems and the building of well-thought reusable components;
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion;
• Sportsbook or Sportsbetting Products; it would be considered an asset if you have experience working in the industry and if you have a genuine interest in sports betting, or other transaction-intense industries, such as Fin-Tech.

• Adept at learning quickly in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic knowledge of Usability and A/B Testing;
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive to bring them to life;
