Join our team as a Senior Product Manager and take the lead on one of the key teams responsible for the Core & Finances domain in the Perfect Gym ERP system—our all-in-one gym management solution.

Your position in our team
  • You are the interface between the engineering team, other departments and customers.
  • You are not afraid to meet with our enterprise customers to understand their business needs and challenge them by providing alternative perspectives.
    • You will become the go-to product expert for topics like Contract Management, User Management, and Accounting, driving feature development and ensuring seamless functionality in these key areas.
  • You think like an entrepreneur and have both your customers and your company in mind.
  • You work cross-functionally in one of our agile and specialized development teams.
  • You define KPIs and use analytics to drive the success of the platform.
  • We are pragmatic, agile, fast, and always focused on customer benefits. We want to build the best software for our customers with the best developers and product managers.
  • Here, developers are engaged thinkers – we create solutions together and involve everyone.

    • Your profile
  • You already have at least 2-years of experience as a product manager and 3-5 years in a product domain, ideally in a B2B SaaS company in the field of ERP, CRM or POS.
  • You have a confident demeanour and excellent communication skills, both in development environments and at the decision-maker level.
  • You have a strong technical understanding and basic knowledge of API concepts.
  • You have experience in business / requirements analysis
  • You can understand complex processes and enjoy working at the intersection of software and business.
  • You possess a strong sense of responsibility, high social competence, and a strong quality standard.
  • You have worked with Agile multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • You have very good Polish and English language skills.
