Feature craft: you’ve shipped in-game promotional mechanics at a game provider (ideal) or you built/ran similar tools at a casino and can switch to provider metrics.
Experimentation: you set hypotheses and can run A/Bs or scorecard-style evaluations; you communicate results crisply to technical and business audiences.
Architecture awareness: you understand rule engines, RNG implications, cross-DC operation, reward catalogs, symbol-level rules, and where mathematicians fit.
In-game UX judgment: you can keep the portrait experience clean, fast, and informative.
Hands-on ownership: PRDs, slicing MVPs, sprint rituals; strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, math, BI, compliance, art.
Track record improving jackpots (marketing/overlay or game-math-assisted) and missions/leaderboards.
Experience enabling operator adoption (training, playbooks, presets).
