The Job

We are looking for an insightful Marketing Analyst to join our Organic Growth team. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing organic acquisition channels, primarily through App Store Optimization (ASO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Organic Website performance.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement strategies for ASO and SEO to enhance app visibility and organic traffic to flo.health website and App Stores.
  • Create web reporting dashboards to illustrate the performance and show the value of Organic web traffic.
  • Analyze organic acquisition metrics, using tools like Looker, Google Analytics 4, and Google 360, to report on trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organic strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards in Looker for real-time insights into organic growth performance.
  • Participate in the setup and maintenance of analytical tools and strategies for web analytics and user segmentation.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of long-term organic growth strategies.
  • Undertake weekly website performance analysis: Monitor the performance of our website using tools like Google Search Console and GA4. Analyse user behavior, traffic patterns, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement for the flo.health domain.
  • Evaluate user journeys, navigation patterns, and website interactions. Identify friction points and propose UX enhancements to improve overall user experience.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in organic or UA data analysis, preferably in a mobile or desktop app environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau), SQL, and basic knowledge of Python/R for data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of organic acquisition metrics and digital marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Google tools and setup (GTM, GA4, Google 360, GSC, Amplitude).
  • Experience in A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and their implementation.

Salary Range: 
UK - ₤55,000 -  ₤90,000 gross per year.
