Job Description

Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. Our innovative, fully automatic camera solution enables sports teams to record matches and training sessions without a camera operator. We’re democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. More than 50,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week.

Growing as fast as we do in Veo means that every day is different, exciting, and challenging, both on the front line and in the back office.

But that’s not the most remarkable thing about us.

The coolest thing is our people. We’ve attracted some of the brightest minds in the industry. They are the reason we can create a great product and do it while enjoying ourselves.

About the Role

Veo is taking production to the next level - we’re building a proactive and scalable Production Technical Department (PTA). We’re looking for a senior engineer to own production test and process capability and build the systems that make production performance predictable at scale.

The core objective is to build production technical maturity: robust verification routines, controlled parameters, workstation stability, and disciplined validation of changes.

What you will do
  • Production-floor technical enablement: Own workstation technical stability (tools, fixtures/jigs, settings, controlled parameters), repeatability, and change validation.

  • Drive proactive and continuous improvement: top-loss reviews, error-proofing roadmap, recurring defect loops, station stability checks.

  • Test strategy & early defect detection: Scale and standardize End-of-Line (EOL) test benches and improve diagnostics to catch defects as early as possible in the line (incl. PCBA-level testing such as ICT/FCT where relevant).

  • Verification routines & golden samples: Maintain verification routines for production tools/test equipment (calibration cycles, daily checks, “golden sample” approach, and stability monitoring).

  • Advanced Repair Strategy: Develop processes and tools to diagnose, repair, and reuse internal modules.

  • Tiered Support & Autopsy: Act as the Level 2 technical authority, performing autopsies on failed units to identify root causes.

  • NPI/ECO execution support: Own production-floor readiness deliverables for test/process/tooling and documentation updates in support of the NPI/ECO owner.

  • Documentation ownership (execution-ready): Own SOP/work-instruction updates for areas this role owns (production processes and test methods, controlled parameters, workstation configuration standards).

  • R&D interface (clear escalation): Escalate to R&D for specialist review when issues require design decisions; otherwise own closure of repeatable production actions.

  • What you bring
  • Experience: Proven track record in PTA / Manufacturing Engineering / Service Engineering, spanning both electrical test/diagnostics and mechanical/process engineering.

  • Hands-on technical depth: Strong electronics troubleshooting and test background.

  • Process validation discipline: Experience with change control, controlled parameters, verification routines, and stability monitoring.

  • Data mindset: Comfortable using data to identify top losses and validate improvements

  • Repair Knowledge: Experience setting up repair flows and soldering standards.

  • Tools: Proficiency in LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar; knowledge of SPC and data analysis.

  • Mindset: Passionate about sustainability and reducing waste through efficiency.

  • Our Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym. We have created a facility that supports connecting disciplines across the business, facilitates creative thinking, and gives the space to engage with colleagues, our global partners, and the entire Veo community.

    Values we hold at Veo:

Dare - We take initiative, stay curious, and challenge the status quo in our work.

Own it - We drive impact by identifying opportunities, taking responsibility, and confidently executing.

Level up - We embrace growth, continuously learning and shaping our skills.

Play as a team - We collaborate across a diverse organization, leveraging shared insights for stronger
    outcomes.

Customer Centric - We deliver value by having close partnerships and a deep understanding of our customers (internally and externally)

We value diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, even if your experience doesn’t completely match every qualification listed. What matters most is your creativity, potential, and ability to make meaningful contributions.
