  We're looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Analyst or similar role, preferably within the customer service sector of the iGaming or related digital entertainment industries. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and customer service software. 
  • Deep understanding of customer service metrics and how they relate to business outcomes. 
  • Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance environment in the iGaming industry is advantageous. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of customer service interactions across multiple channels to ensure compliance with quality standards. 
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols and standard operating procedures. 
  • Work closely with operations managers to identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to address quality gaps. 
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to service quality. 
  • Lead regular reviews and audits of customer service operations to ensure best practices are followed. 
  • Provide actionable feedback and strategic recommendations to senior management to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
