We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Corporate Legal Counsel to join Playtika's Legal Department in Israel. In this role, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to the company's business units worldwide, providing practical and strategic legal support across a broad range of commercial, corporate, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions, helping drive business growth while effectively managing legal risk.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day legal support and strategic advice to business stakeholders across the organization.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
    • Service agreements
    • Technology and software licensing agreements
    • Marketing and advertising agreements
    • Vendor and outsourcing agreements
    • Consulting agreements
    • Non-disclosure agreements
    • Partnership and other commercial arrangements
  • Advise on employment law matters and support HR and management on employee-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Support corporate governance and general corporate legal matters.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and develop practical, business-focused solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel and coordinate legal projects across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of legal processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Support strategic initiatives, transactions, and other cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer in Israel with 5–8+ years of post-qualification legal experience.
  • Experience working in a leading law firm and/or as an in-house lawyer in a global technology company.
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial and technology transactions.
  • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements independently.
  • Experience advising on employment law and privacy/data protection matters.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and commercial objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a practical and business-friendly manner.
