FanDuel Group is a world-class team of brands and products that deliver sports betting, gaming and entertainment to millions of US sports fans every day. Whether you’re looking for better career progression, improved financial security or just a better sense of belonging, we believe we’ve created a culture in which everyone can succeed, no matter how you got here.
The Position
In this role, you will be working on FanDuel’s Free to Play Team and creating engaging free-to-enter games. Our F2P games get nation-wide exposure and attract millions of entries per year. Our Software Engineering Teams push 10’s of releases to production per day through our automated CI/CD pipelines and closely collaborate with Product, Design, and QE colleagues daily to solve complex problems.
You’ll work in a small cross-functional team that owns its own software, projects and outcomes in developing the backend services that power FanDuel’s products. This allows you to stay dynamic, move quickly and maintain your own quality. Our tech stack includes Java, Docker, K8s and AWS, amongst others and the scale and complexity of our engineering environments provides interesting problems to solve at every turn.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for technical leaders on the team who can take ownership of the architecture and code base. You will, ideally, have experience of influencing the technical direction of a team in a scaling or established technology organisation.
