We are looking for a number of Pre-sales consultants to join our expanding team in Warsaw asap. Your main responsibility would be to support the sales team who are based in the US.
Goals
Serve as the primary product expert for specific Nielsen offerings, providing comprehensive support to US Product Sales teams.
Enhance the effectiveness of US sales cycles by delivering in-depth product demonstrations, technical explanations, and solution-oriented guidance.
Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the product and sales organizations.
Collaborate with US Product Sales teams to identify and address product-related challenges and opportunities for US clients.
Stay abreast of US market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Reporting into the Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a subject matter expert for Nielsen's audience measurement products and solutions for the US market.
Collaborating closely with US Product Sales teams to prepare for client engagements, including developing tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
Providing technical and product-focused support during client meetings and pitches with US clients (primarily virtual, with potential for occasional travel to the US).
Answering complex product-related questions from US clients and sales teams, translating technical features into business benefits.
Supporting the development of proposals and responses to RFPs for US clients, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions.
Identifying product training needs for US sales teams and contributing to the creation and delivery of training materials.
Gathering feedback from US clients and sales teams on product performance and features, relaying insights to product development teams.
Assisting in troubleshooting product-related issues for US clients, working with technical support teams as needed.
Participating in internal product strategy discussions, representing the perspective of US sales and client needs.
Maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends relevant to Nielsen's products in the US market.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1-3 years of experience in a product-focused role, sales, technical pre-sales, or a similar capacity, preferably within the media, advertising, or data analytics industry.
Understanding of the media landscape (TV and digital), and data analytics concepts, particularly as they apply to the US market.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, with an understanding of US business communication styles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities across different time zones.
Self-motivated and eager to continuously learn about new products and industry developments.
Strong team player - this is a sales role that will adapt with the team over time
