No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Manager with experience in the social influencer management field, existing clients, strong social skills, excellent writing skills, and relevant industry experience/contacts. They also need to be able to work well with the existing management team, clients, cross-functional teams and have strong organizational and project management skills.

The Senior Talent Manager would support our company’s senior-level managers and some existing clients. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to both our clients and executive members.

TalentX Gaming is the gaming and lifestyle management sister company to TalentX Entertainment. The division is exclusively devoted to providing unparalleled support to streamers, YouTubers, and other gaming content creators. TalentX Gaming collaborates with some of gaming’s most popular media outlets and viral branded gaming content, events, and activations for brands like Xbox, HyperX, Epic Games, Activision Blizzard and Warner Bros.

What you’ll do

Help develop and manage the careers of social media influencers and creators in the gaming space.
Recruiting clients that align with TalentX verticals
Finding resources: Help clients find resources, brand deals/sponsorships and other connections that further their career ambitions and drive revenue.
Scheduling and managing client calendars.
Negotiating contracts and bookings for their clients.
Helping clients maintain their professional image and keep their social profiles and content on track for success
Managing finances: Work with accounting departments to ensure projects are invoiced and paid accurately and in a timely manner.
Creating performance evaluations, pitch decks and other materials to help further client career goals.

What you’ll bring

High School degree
Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (a writing test may be issued)
Familiarity with office applications (e.g. e-calendars)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Work experience as talent manager or similar role

We’ll be extra pumped if you have

PA diploma or certification is a plus

Salary Range

$100,000—$110,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
