As a recognized expert, you will lead the charge in safeguarding user credentials and permissions while evolving our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• System Stewardship: Monitor and optimize IAM systems to ensure the absolute integrity of user credentials and access rights.

• Strategic Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex security problems using a broad, innovative perspective that goes beyond "standard" fixes.

• Best Practices Advocate: Interpret internal and external business issues to recommend and implement industry-leading security practices.

• Project Leadership: Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements and complexity, ensuring alignment with department objectives.

• Collaborative Influence: Communicate high-level technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, successfully anticipating objections and building consensus for new security initiatives.

• Cyber-Architecture Mastery: Specialized depth in cybersecurity architecture with a proven track record of designing resilient systems.

• Identity Expertise: Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Familiarity with Okta is a significant advantage.

• PAM Specialist: Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) protocols and tools.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and expert judgment to identify and mitigate risks.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.
