We are excited to hire a Social Video Coordinator! This position will be responsible for ideating and creating short form/social video content across Denver Broncos content platforms. The individual must use imagination and creativity to manage both long-term projects and craft compelling day-to-day stories for use as social media content. The Social Video Coordinator is responsible for communicating and collaborating daily with all members of the video production staff and the content.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce, shoot, and edit video content for team social platforms by:
    • Producing social-first content surrounding the NFL season and important off-season events
    • Creating dynamic motion graphics and post-production elements
    • Ability to ideate and deliver real-time content on game days 
    • Conceptualizing and developing new creative production techniques in collaboration with the content and production staff 
  • Contribute to overall Video Production goals:
    • Understanding and following the latest social trends shaping the sports, pop-culture, fashion, entertainment and gaming communities
    • Assisting in editing long-form storytelling projects
    • Assisting in editing creative promotional videos
    • Collaborating with internal departments to meet and exceed content objectives
  • Contribute to Content & Production goals:
    • Performing additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience creating various types of media for a professional sports organization, college athletics program and/or media company
  • Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to - Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Familiarity with using different types of production cameras to film interviews, game highlights and events
  • Flexible schedule required to successfully complete job requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills & Ability:

  • Advanced capabilities in producing visual effects and graphics using motion is strongly preferred
  • Experience in long-form editing and documentary-styled storytelling process
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.) and the content that is popular on those platforms
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be driven, enthusiastic and a creative team player motivated to create high-caliber content
  • Must have a passion for helping the Denver Broncos become a best-in-class video production team and social media content and within sports

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $51,750 - $61,850. This position will be required to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays outside of a normal working hours as needed. 

This position will be located at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit in Englewood, CO.
