WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH The EKIN team is part of the Retail Marketing organization, where Retail Brand, Visual Merchandising and EKINs all come together to Make Athlete Dreams Real. The EMEA Headquarters (EHQ) EKIN team serves as the strategic and operational backbone of the EMEA EKIN network, creating seasonal education plans, tools and experiences that support retail athletes across Nike's key sports. You'll report directly to the EMEA EKIN Manager within the Retail Brand EKIN team. You'll be part of the Retail Marketing organization and collaborate daily with the EKIN Lead of Running, Football or Training, as well as other EHQ EKIN Specialists and Field EKIN Specialists. You'll also work closely with key strategic partners across Brand, Partner Marketing and Product Merchandising to inspire and develop the Firstline of retail. Through a strong connection to the Global EKIN function, this role helps elevate the authenticity, consistency and impact of the EKIN model across EMEA.
