Job Description

This position supports management and execution of corporate partnership relationships across the PGA TOUR portfolio.

This position assists with partnership activation, contractual fulfillment, reporting, presentation development and operational execution while supporting partner retention and growth objectives for OMP or Title sponsorship.

The Specialist serves as a key resource for sponsor relations account teams, collaborating across multiple departments to ensure successful delivery of partnership commitments and a positive partner experience.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or a related field required. 4+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnership marketing, account management, events, sales support or a related business environment.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience supporting sales, sponsorship, business development or revenue-generating organizations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Strong written, verbal and presentation development skills.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management and execution of assigned corporate partnership accounts.

Coordinate partnership deliverables, activation programs, contractual obligations and reporting requirements.

Assist in the execution and fulfillment of partner benefits to ensure alignment with contractual commitments.

Maintain partnership records, asset tracking, timelines and performance documentation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Events, Competitions, Media, Studios, Marketing, Digital, Finance and Legal to support partnership initiatives.

Assist with the development of partnership recaps, performance summaries and client-facing materials.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance partner experiences and strengthen internal processes.

Support account teams throughout renewal, upsell and new business opportunities.

Develop presentations, proposals, partnership recaps and other client-facing materials.

Conduct research and compile information to support partnership strategy and business development efforts.

Assist with preparing materials and coordinating logistics for partner meetings and presentations.

Maintain opportunity tracking and partnership data within CRM systems.

Support internal contract review and approval processes.

Assist with deal summaries, routing procedures and execution tracking.

Maintain organized records of partnership agreements, amendments and supporting documentation.

Coordinate internal communication related to partnership agreements and key account updates.

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of partnership commitments and deliverables.

Contribute to special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.

Support the overall objectives and strategic priorities of the Sponsor Relations team.
