What We are looking for

As a Sponsorship Marketing Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of the company’s key sponsorship partnerships in Mexico. You will be responsible for overseeing relationships, planning and executing high-impact activations, and ensuring all contractual deliverables are fulfilled while maximizing brand visibility and ROI across all touchpoints. Also, you will act as the main point of contact between the brand, partners, agencies, and internal teams, driving innovative initiatives

What you will work on

  • Own and manage the day-to-day relationships with sponsorship partners, acting as the primary liaison between all stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of sponsorship strategies and seasonal activation plans.
  • Ensure full compliance with all sponsorship rights and deliverables (branding, media exposure, digital integrations, event activations, etc.).
  • Oversee the production and execution of on-ground activations, events, and brand experiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Media, Content, Design, CRM) to align campaigns and maximize partnership value.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors involved in activations, production, and event execution.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of creative assets and branded materials across all sponsorship touchpoints.
  • Track performance metrics (KPIs, brand exposure, engagement, conversions, etc.) and deliver post-activation reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and expand partnerships (new assets, content formats, digital integrations, etc.).
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met across multiple parallel projects.
  • Support negotiation processes by providing insights, performance data, and improvement opportunities.

 What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertisements, or related field.
  • +6-8 years of experience in sponsorships, sports marketing, brand partnerships, or event/activation management.
  • Proven experience managing high-value partnerships (sports industry is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship rights, deliverables, and activation planning.
  • Experience in event production, logistics coordination, and on-ground execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (partners, agencies, suppliers, internal teams).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools (Asana, Airtable, etc.).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
