The Sportsbook Support Agent is responsible for the settlement and control of all pre-match offered sport events, long term bets and special bets, and is also providing support for our Tipico shops based in Germany via the betting hotline.

Your playing field

Settlement of all offered sport events, long term bets, special bets.
Controlling automatically settled bets from 3rd party providers, preventing errors and wrong evaluations
Marking postponed/cancelled matches and providing links
Sending notification mails for postponed or cancelled matches and for palpable errors or errors by 3rd party providers.
Providing shop support via the betting hotline
Ensuring that all starting times of offered events are corrected and adjusted accordingly
Managing CRM requests

Fluent knowledge of German and Croatian . As the # 1 sports betting provider on the German-speaking market, this is a prerequisite for communicating with our German-speaking employees. However, Croatia is the home of our Bookmaking team and this is how we communicate here.
Good command of English . Our team consists of more than 30 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipico's mission. English is also the official language of Tipico.
Work under pressure. You’re comfortable with performing well in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy . You can use the common MS Office programs and quickly learn to use new systems, such as our self-developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce.

Nice to have:

Experience in iGaming or sports betting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
