The Role

Are you passionate about technology and motivated by solving complex problems? Do you enjoy digging into data, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring clients receive seamless support? If so, we want you to join us as a Sportsbook Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you’ll investigate escalated cases in depth by analyzing logs, graphs and configurations settings to find a solution or escalate further to development teams.

Main responsibilities:

Communicating with internal teams
Investigating and solving problems escalated by the users within our supported Product Cluster
Helping other Support Analysts with their work
Identifying and escalating possible bugs and complex issues
Creating and maintaining a Knowledge Base for known issues and solutions
Completing additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
Capable of working independently, showing initiative and good organisational skills
Strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
High level of accuracy, with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure

Considered a plus:

Experience with SQL and APIs,
Previous (technical) support experience
Knowledge of popular sports and betting markets
