The Role

As a Transformation Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our Operations organisation become more efficient, scalable and effective. Working closely with the SVP, Operations & Transformation, you'll help shape and deliver strategic initiatives that improve the way we work, with a strong focus on AI, automation and continuous improvement.

You'll partner with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, ETS and Finance to identify opportunities, build business cases, and lead transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery. You'll also lead our Product Specialist community, helping teams stay aligned, share best practice and maintain visibility of strategic priorities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of initiatives within our AI and automation transformation programme.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, build business cases and develop implementation plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, improve service delivery and increase operational scalability.
• Develop dashboards, reporting and governance that provide clear visibility of transformation progress, benefits and key milestones.
• Lead and coordinate the Product Specialist community, ensuring alignment on priorities, roadmaps and strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practice, removing delivery blockers and helping teams achieve measurable outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering business transformation, operational improvement or strategic change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations and measurable results.
• Experience building business cases, financial models and ROI analyses.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple teams.
• An organised approach to managing programmes, priorities and competing initiatives.
• Interest in AI, automation and modern workflow technologies, with a passion for improving how teams work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences
