About the Role and Team

theScoreBet's Risk and Trading Operations team is to be available 24/7 to assist the various functions in the department (trading/marketing/Customer Support/etc) in troubleshooting and escalating issues on all our operational sports betting platforms. 

This team is critical in ensuring the risk and trading department consistently delivers one of its core goals of “operational excellence”. 

About the Work

  • Daily review of Odds Boosts, Specials, and Branded Markets.
  • Daily review of all Game Lines and sub-markets associated to the day’s events.
  • Regular review of all Futures markets. 
  • Monitoring in-play markets for all live events.
  • Monitoring rich data for all pre-game and live events.
  • Triage production issues related to Risk & Trading and rich data, and escalate to appropriate teams.
  • Work with Trading, Compliance, and Marketing Teams to add new markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

  • Post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Extensive sports knowledge, particularly with regards to the four major professional sports leagues.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Must be computer savvy.
  • Experience using iPhone and Android devices on a daily basis.
  • Knowledge of esports is considered an asset.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on planned schedule.
