NOBULL is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Inventory Control to assist in overseeing stock levels across multiple systems. As a fast-growing e-commerce business, the ability to effectively assist with inventory management is essential to NOBULL’s ongoing success. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, detail-oriented, collaborative team member with a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing inventory levels across a variety of systems from warehouse to website
  • End-to-end inbound shipment tracking
  • Systems receipt and fulfillment validation
  • Inventory discrepancy root cause analysis and investigative work
  • Work cross-functionally with demand planning on forecasted stock levels and inventory fulfillment
  • Short order management (partnering with warehouse and NOBULL CS)
  • Support product launches and restocks across systems
  •   Work collaboratively with the internal teams on inventory stock levels
  • Help to maintain brand Standing Operating Procedures
  • Landed cost analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse or operations/supply chain
  • Experience assisting in 3rd party partner relationships is a plus
  • Netsuite or relevant ERP experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WMS software systems is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial start-up environment is a plus
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
