NOBULL is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Inventory Control to assist in overseeing stock levels across multiple systems. As a fast-growing e-commerce business, the ability to effectively assist with inventory management is essential to NOBULL’s ongoing success. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, detail-oriented, collaborative team member with a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:Assist in managing inventory levels across a variety of systems from warehouse to websiteEnd-to-end inbound shipment tracking Systems receipt and fulfillment validationInventory discrepancy root cause analysis and investigative workWork cross-functionally with demand planning on forecasted stock levels and inventory fulfillment Short order management (partnering with warehouse and NOBULL CS)Support product launches and restocks across systems Work collaboratively with the internal teams on inventory stock levelsHelp to maintain brand Standing Operating ProceduresLanded cost analysisOther duties as assignedRequirements2+ years of experience in warehouse or operations/supply chainExperience assisting in 3rd party partner relationships is a plusNetsuite or relevant ERP experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WMS software systems is preferredBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university requiredExperience in an entrepreneurial start-up environment is a plusSuperb attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsIf you are an applicant located in California, please review our California Applicant Privacy Notice, which explains the categories of personal information that we collect and the purposes for which we use such personal information
