  • Job Title: Sr. Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing
  • Job Summary:

    TPCi is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Sr. Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing with a primary focus on transfer pricing. This role manages a portfolio of complex, high-visibility work supporting our global operations. While transfer pricing is the central responsibility, the role will also contribute to broader corporate tax initiatives, including compliance, provision, reporting, and advisory support.

    As a senior individual contributor, you will review calculations, analyze data models, and ensure technical accuracy, while providing recommendations and executing initiatives in alignment with leadership direction. This position is ideal for a technically strong professional who thrives in execution and enjoys collaborating across functions and geographies.

What you’ll do

  • Transfer Pricing (Primary Focus)

    • Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of TPCi’s transfer pricing policies in line with OECD guidelines and local tax regulations
    • Manage the preparation and review of annual transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
    • Perform detailed reviews of transfer pricing calculations, supporting schedules, and data provided by Accounting or external advisors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Review benchmarking analyses and comparables prepared by external advisors, validating assumptions and results from a TP perspective
    • Manage responses to tax authority audits, information requests, and controversy matters, escalating key issues to leadership for direction
    • Support or coordinate Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) processes in alignment with leadership
  • Broader Global Tax Support

    • Support U.S. and international tax compliance and reporting requirements, partnering with external advisors and internal teams
    • Assist with tax provision, reporting, and forecasting processes, ensuring transfer pricing outcomes align with financial reporting goals
    • Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A teams to evaluate the impact of new legislation, regulatory changes, and business initiatives
    • Support other tax projects and initiatives as needed to meet evolving business priorities
  • Analytics, Tools & Process Optimization

    • Work directly with data models, reconciliations, and calculations to validate results and identify issues
    • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Systems teams to enhance tax and transfer pricing data processes and tools
    • Recommend process improvements and implement controls to improve efficiency and compliance across tax operations
  • Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams to integrate transfer pricing and tax considerations into business planning
    • Support global affiliates to align on intercompany pricing and ensure consistency
    • Translate technical principles into clear, actionable guidance for non-tax stakeholders
  • Advisory & Mentorship
    • Educate and mentor cross-functional partners on transfer pricing and tax principles
    • Provide technical guidance to junior tax and finance professionals to build organizational capability
    • Monitor global tax and transfer pricing developments and advise on implications for TPCi and its subsidiaries

               

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is required; CPA, MST, or advanced degree in Taxation or Economics strongly preferred.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in public accounting or multinational corporate tax departments, including at least 6 years with a primary focus on transfer pricing
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and international tax rules
  • Proven ability to manage complex global portfolios, audits, and cross-border relationships
  • Experience with Master/Local File, CbCR, benchmarking review, APAs/MAPs, and intercompany agreements
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, economic analysis, and functional analysis
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to reviewing calculations, schedules, and data models
  • Strategic mindset with the discipline to execute in alignment with leadership direction

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $114,500.00 - $135,000.00 per year. The full range is $114,500.00 - $171,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
