Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for designing and optimizing the platform architecture at Future Technology Group. 
  • Work closely with other architects and cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and is forward looking. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Kubernetes, public cloud environments, and on-premises infrastructure to ensure best practices are used by the cross-functional teams responsible for these platform technologies. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on game tools and technologies within Future Technology Group. 
  • Improving Reliability, Performance and Feature Set of the platform based on internal customer needs. 

Requirements 

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent or relevant work experience. 
  • Proven experience as a Platform Architect or Solutions Architect. 
  • 10+ years of relevant hands-on development experience. 
  • Public cloud and CNCF certifications a plus.  

Skills & Knowledge 

  • Deep experience with public cloud environments (AWS) and Kubernetes. 
  • Games development experience and understanding of underlying tools and technologies. 
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) and automation tools such as Ansible. 
  • Proficiency in storage technologies and data management.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$152,100—$228,100 USD
