The Role

As a Statistician Network Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in monitoring the SNO delivery metrics and seeking continuous improvement. You will establish ownership of all reporting related to Statistician Network coverage, performance, and budget metrics. In addition to that, understanding the pain points of all operational stakeholders and driving necessary optimization will be instrumental for the improved SN delivery efficiency.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive the centralization of SNO delivery processes and reporting to ensure consistency.
  • Oversee KPIs delivery efficiency across the Statistician Network.
  • Monitor the overall SNO coverage delivery and escalate discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the statisticians match assignment processes and seek continuous improvement.
  • Monitor ST data collection performance metrics and drive positive change.
  • Continuously review the SNO data collection budget compliance.
  • Implement controls that ensure high level of policy compliance across the network.
  • Identify and flag potential operations delivery risks. Plan necessary mitigating actions.
  • Participate in the process of establishing department KPIs.
  • Maintain excellentworking relationships and collaboration with all operational stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive PowerBI reporting dashboard for SNO KPIs.
  • Execute recurring audits related to Statistician Network delivery compliance.
  • Provide ideas for communication and content creation towards the Statistician Network.

  • Excellent command of the English language.

  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently at the right level of detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Basic leadership and coaching skills.
  • Data management skills and strong MS Office competence (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
  • Basic knowledge of Football, Basketball, American Football, and a variety of other sports.
  • Understanding of Operational Excellence principles and basic Lean Six Sigma theory.
