The Role

As a Statistician Network Initiatives Manager, you will be responsible for managing all one-time or recurring initiatives within the Statistician Network Operations department. Projects that fall under your scope of responsibilities may include but are not limited to coverage delivery, quality patterns, third-party platforms integration, employee or service provider engagement, and general transformation initiatives.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Establish a roadmap of initiatives that drive better cost-efficiency, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Work with the Statistician Network Operations Leadership Team to establish projects which support the growth of our business.
  • Provide timely status reports (including scope, schedule, risks, project status, resource allocation, and customer impact) for all ongoing projects.
  • Actively drive the enhancement of project management processes, tooling, and templates.
  • Represent SNO in discussions with Product and Delivery teams around new developments and features.
  • Coordinate internal or external resources needed for the execution of projects and initiatives. Manage costs associated with approved budgets.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships and collaboration with all external vendors.
  • Establish ownership of high-profile statistician network expansion projects.
  • Prepare and present ad-hoc value-adding business cases to upper management.

 


Required skills:

 

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects up to completion.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to connect and influence.
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently at the right level of detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Basic leadership and coaching skills.
  • Data management skills and strong MS Office competence (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
  • Understanding of Operational Excellence principles and basic Lean Six Sigma theory.
