WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role is part of the NIKE Direct Retail organization, leading a district of stores across the LATAM marketplace. The team focuses on delivering premium consumer experiences, operational excellence, and strong marketplace results.

You will report to regional retail leadership, manage store leadership teams, and partner with cross‑functional groups including Retail Operations, Merchandising, HR, Finance, and Marketplace teams. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Store District Senior

The ideal candidate is skilled in talent development, strategic planning, solving complex operational challenges, and managing large teams with multiple layers.

You will need: Based in Mexico City with the ability to travel throughout the country to visit stores, as well as internationally when required. This role requires 2–3 days per week working on‑site in the office.

You will drive sales results, elevate service standards, advance operational excellence, and build strong, high‑performing store leadership teams.

You will ensure consistent execution of NIKE’s retail strategies and act as a key connector between stores and corporate functions. In this role, you will: Lead a district of stores, ensuring strong sales performance, consumer satisfaction, operational consistency, and profitability.
