Let's start with the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Business Analyst to join our Strategic Business Analysis Department within the Strategy team. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across Kaizen to gather, document, and analyze business requirements that support our strategic initiatives. 

As a key member of the team, you will play a central role in decision-making processes, providing insights, conducting research, and working closely with department teammates (PMO and Operational Excellence) to implement business strategies effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a passion to grow within the company, and a commitment to contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

• Conduct analyses and gather requirements through workshops, interviews, and collaboration with key stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. Analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses to provide actionable insights in the context of strategic priorities;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business-specific markets, products and customer needs through research and analysis to support internal stakeholders. Build compelling business cases for various strategic initiatives;
• Effectively communicate and present findings to various stakeholders, leveraging data and business insights to ensure clarity;
• Provide ongoing support for all active projects led by the Strategy Team.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered a plus;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or in a similar role, ideally with a top-tier strategy consultancy firm and/or the central strategy team of a digital organization;
• Strong ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization with experience facilitating meetings, interviews, and workshops; 
• Proven experience in cross-functional Business Analysis across multiple departments;
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Familiarity with tools like Gsuite, Confluence, and BA methodologies;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English; 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and critical thinking; 
• Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products will be considered a plus;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
