<b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b>-Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting and overall ambiance in the suite.-Verify and set-up all event orders for Suites                      -Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself-Take game day food and beverage orders and deliver to suite-Set-up and check on game day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event-Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils for suite and catering as needed-Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite and catering areas throughout During Event  -Obtain signatures from the suite host on charges in a timely manner  -Clear all items from the suite and catering areas and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes-Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions-Check out with supervisor or manager<b>Qualifications </b><span>-Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty</span><span>-Must follow all SAVOR… Omaha policies and procedures</span><span>-Must be present for all major events at the Arena</span><b><span>Education and/or Experience        </span></b>              -Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required-Previous supervisory experience preferred-Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check              <b><span>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities </span></b><span>-Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards</span><span>-Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training</span><span>-Knowledgeable in operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues</span><span>-Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with staff, plan ahead and to prepare event plans simultaneously</span><span>-Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment</span><span>               </span><b><span>Physical Demands</span></b><span>-Frequent walking for entire length of shift</span><span>-Constant standing, bending, reaching and repetitive motions</span><span>-Frequent lift, push or pull items and objects weighing up to 50 lbs</span>              <b>Working Conditions</b>-Moderate to extreme exposure to noise during events-May be exposed to vibrations caused by extreme noise during events-May be exposed to strobe lights/lasers during events-May be exposed to chemicals when cleaning locations<b>Hours of Work</b><b>-</b>Availability to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
