SYSTEM ADMIN/IT SUPPORT | LEVEL: MID/SENIOR | ON SITE

At Beyond Sports, we’re looking for an experienced System Admin who can be an integral part of our short- and long-term IT strategy. Your work will include everything ranging from IT-Support to managing IT projects and implementations. You are both “the IT-guy” as well as working towards creating and realizing the IT-strategy. You have three or more years of experience in the IT admin field, network management and Microsoft 365/ Entra. You have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and good teamworking capabilities. You can function in a diverse and sometimes ad-hoc environment with colleagues with many nationalities.

OBJECTIVES ON THIS ROLE

• Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems

• Contribute to IT projects and improvements to further mature our IT landscape

• Make sure that Beyond Sports has a dependable and robust IT infrastructure
  

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our cloud systems, network, applications and endpoints

• Implement new technologies and initiate improvements

• Install, configure, and update software and hardware components

• Provide technical support to your colleagues and resolve IT-related issues

• Ensure the proper documentation of IT processes, procedures and configurations

• Update and maintain the asset inventory

• Collaborate with other Sony Sports businesses to improve and/or maintain collaborative relationships and technologies
  

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed relevant education, MBO level 4 or HBO

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as an IT-Administrator

• Project management skills or willing to learn

• Experience with managing Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra

• Experience with managing cloud services, especially AWS

• Experience with Unifi networking components

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English, both in speech and writing
  

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of IT Security frameworks and experience with implementing them

• Relevant certifications are a plus (Microsoft, ITIL, Projectmanagement etc.)

• preferred experience with cloud (Azure and/ or AWS)
