The Role

Our Talent Acquisition team at Genius Sports are the gatekeepers to a career at Genius Sports. We are the custodians of the world class candidate experience that we strive to offer all candidates who engage with us. This is a fantastic role for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who has previously worked across and enjoys the diversity of supporting different functions! You will be dealing with key stakeholders and partnering with them on their hiring needs across numerous disciplines - operations, commercial and central functions. You will be an experienced member of our global team, reporting to our Team Lead for Ops EMEA.

The Key Objectives

• Be a trusted partner to the business in all things Talent Acquisition
• Filling hiring requirements across Ops & Corporate roles in Tallinn 
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to seek high-quality candidates for open requirements 
• Manage full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a first-class candidate experience 
• Project management of multiple recruitment processes, supporting several business areas 
• Proactively get in front of high caliber, passive candidates through research, outreach and networking 
• Drive a successful offer process, including extending offers and closing candidates 
• Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, salary benchmarking, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively 

Requirements 

• At least 2-3 years’ recruitment experience, either from an agency or in-house function
• Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment industry essential
• Previous hiring of corporate roles advantageous
• Previous experience successfully working and collaborating with senior stakeholders in delivering new talent at all levels of seniority
• Experience working in an international business where your hiring managers and prospective talent pools could be multi-country 

This is a fixed term parental leave cover position.
