We are looking for a Recruitment Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a dedicated focus on Tech & Product hiring. In this role, you’ll drive projects and process improvements that enable our recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience, while ensuring our hiring processes scale effectively across multiple technical disciplines.

You will act as the bridge between recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that the unique needs of Tech & Product recruitment are met through efficient workflows, clear documentation, and smart use of tools and systems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Continuously review and optimize Greenhouse workflows, with a specific focus on Tech & Product hiring needs.
  • Design and document structured role intake processes to ensure clarity and alignment between recruiters and hiring managers in the Tech & Product teams.
  • Develop and maintain interview guides and question banks tailored to engineering, product, and data roles, ensuring consistency and alignment with required competencies.
  • Partner with recruiters and Tech & Product leaders to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement scalable improvements.
  • Own and enhance the use of TA platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Notion, Tableau, Lucidchart) for technical hiring, including system configurations and reporting dashboards.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor key hiring metrics across Tech & Product (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-hire, interview capacity).
  • Support employer branding projects specific to technical talent attraction, in collaboration with the Brand & Communications team.
  • Develop clear onboarding materials and process documentation for new recruiters supporting Tech & Product.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to Tech & Product hiring.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with ATS and TA platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Notion, Tableau, Lucidchart).
  • A structured, data-driven approach with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to collaborate with recruiters, HR, and business leaders.
  • Proactive mindset, with a passion for building scalable processes and continuously improving candidate and stakeholder experience.
