This individual will partner closely with HR, TA, Finance, and Procurement teams to enhance systems, data accuracy, and process consistency across global workforce operations.

This role supports initiatives that enhance SIE’s workforce programs, streamline operations, and strengthen both contingent and employee hiring processes.

Note: This is a 6-month contract position paying a daily rate, through our partner agency. The role is primarily remote; however, onsite presence will be required at agreed times to support ongoing projects.

What you’ll be doing:

Contingent Workforce Program Support

  • Document and maintain end-to-end contingent workforce processes across countries, including onboarding, extensions, invoicing, and PO management.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Procurement to clarify ownership and ensure consistency across all contingent workforce touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate workforce data in systems such as Workday and Beeline, ensuring alignment and integrity.
  • Support key initiatives such as the Beeline UK launch, CXC activities, and the upcoming MSP RFP.

Talent Acquisition Operations Support

  • Support ongoing maintenance, testing, and optimization of TA systems (e.g., Greenhouse, CRM, and scheduling tools).
  • Contribute to global TA process documentation, change management, and training resources aligned with “Hiring the Best” standards.
  • Assist with operational needs for PlayStation Studios and SIE recruiting teams, including vendor management and TA documentation migration projects.
  • Partner with global TA Ops to coordinate regional projects and system rollouts.

Data, Reporting, and Compliance

  • Gather, validate, and analyze workforce and recruiting data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain dashboards and deliver insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with data privacy and regional employment regulations.

Operational Excellence and Stakeholder Support

  • Manage HR and TA Operations tickets, ensuring timely resolution of access, data, and process-related issues.
  • Support communication and change management for new systems and process rollouts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years (or equivalent) of experience in HR Operations, Talent Operations, or Contingent Workforce Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR and recruiting systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Beeline.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments and managing projects with global scope.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and employment compliance practices.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
