Job Description

As Talent and Influencer Manager, you will help define and develop DAZN’s influencer strategy. You will be responsible for helping build and shape DAZN’s network of creators, who play a key role in promoting and marketing our events.

Working across boxing, MMA, NFL and women’s football, this role will require you to be highly flexible, adaptable, proactive and professional. A passion for sport – particularly combat sports – is a must. 

You will work closely with teams across the business including content, marketing, production, rights, communications, social and advertising. You will be a key source of knowledge, insight and support for all things talent and influencers. As such, you will have a solid understanding of the latest names and trends across the sport and lifestyle influencer space, as well as a keen eye for potential creator collaborations that could be the perfect fit for DAZN.

As our new Talent and Influencer Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Lead, with support from the Head of Talent and Influencers, DAZN’s creator and influencer outreach programme in the UK and Ireland, US and select global markets.
  • Build and develop the business’s portfolio of influencers (whose content sits both on and off platform), helping DAZN become a home for creator content. 
  • Contribute new and creative ideas to engage both existing and new creators, and continually look for ways to integrate influencers into key campaigns and moments.
  • Monitor and evaluate creator content and channels to ensure - and record - consistent delivery of DAZN content and messaging.
  • Identify and Pinpoint new prospective influencers for specific events and campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across production, content, marketing, brand, communications – both centrally and locally - and support these business arms with their T&I needs.
  • Support with the day-to-day co-ordination of, and liaison with creators and agents
  • Understand the commercial value of creators, their content and these prospective partnerships, and be comfortable in handling commercial negotiations. 
  • Ensure the effective dissemination of information and assets to talent, creators and athletes.
  • Contribute to planning and reporting documents on T&I activation for internal stakeholders.
  • Attend shoots, press conferences and events as required, serving as a key point of contact and ensuring effective execution of content plans. (Note, some weekend and overseas travel will be required).
  • Help manage VIP fans, facilitating ticketing and event access.
  • Plan and co-ordinate red carpets, serving as point person for VIPs. Work collaboratively with broadcast and social teams to integrate VIPs into DAZN content and programming.

  • You'll have:
  • Experience in working directly with influencers and creators, managers and agencies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of influencers and content creators across the sport and lifestyle spaces – with a focus on the UK and North America.
  • Genuine passion for sport. (A knowledge of boxing and combat sports is key).
  • Good commercial understanding with proven experience in delivering value within defined KPIs. 
  • Solid understanding of social platforms.
  • Great people skills, with a willingness to build lasting relationships with talent and influencers. 
  • Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and strong organisational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment across multiple time zones.
